Turn the shower on warm to create steam

Dim the lights (if you can)

Put your phone down

Place a shower steamer on a ledge or tray in the shower.

Inhale through your nose and exhale slowly. 

Use your favorite products 

Whether it's a new sugar scrub or body wash, enjoy your new, well-deserved self-care products.

Morning 

Use mint, citrus or eucalyptus blends for an uplifting, energizing aromatic experience. 

Night

Choose lavender, herbal, or grounding blends for a softer, calmer experience.
