Everyone knows Lavender is a wonderful way to wind down and relax BUT do you know all of the benefits lavender has to offer?
When used in aromatherapy (shower steamers/diffusers) Lavender can help with anxiety, allergies, insomnia, nausea... etc. It can also be a mood booster and help with depression!
When used topically ( oils/lotions/bath) Lavender can help with fungal infections, eczema, menstrual cramps and more.
If you aren't a fan of pure lavender, try it blended with another scent!
When blended, lavender essential oil can smell very different.
For instance, lavender and ylang ylang gives off a floral scent while lavender and menthol gives off a fresh and minty scent.
One of my all time favorites from when we started mixing essential oils in 2018 is the blend sweet orange, lavender, patchouli. The lavender is not very noticeable but all three together gives a very uplifting, calming earthy scent.
So not only does Lavender help as a way to relax after a long day, it can help with so much more!
